Direitos

IPStack terms of use
In force since 22 September 2026.
What IPStack is
IPStack is a network toolbox. It measures and shows information about the device's connection and about the addresses you choose. There is no account and no sign-in.
How to use it
Only use the app on networks and addresses you are allowed to test. Scanning networks, ports or services that are not yours may be illegal, and the responsibility is with whoever does it.
Do not work around the purchases, modify the app, or use it to disrupt anyone else's service.
About the results
Measurements depend on the network, the device and the servers reached, and they vary from run to run. The results are informative and come with no guarantee of accuracy.
IPStack Pro
The monthly subscription and the lifetime licence are sold by Google Play, which handles the payment.
The subscription renews on its own until it is cancelled on Google Play; a free trial, where offered, becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless cancelled first.
Price, billing, cancellation and refunds follow Google Play's rules and those of the account used for the purchase.
Without IPStack Pro, the app shows ads.
Rights
The app, the IPStack name and its mark belong to the developer. You get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, the developer is not liable for losses arising from the use of the app, from network failures, or from decisions taken from its results. Nothing here removes consumer rights granted by law.
Changes
These terms may change; the new version stays on this page, with its new date. Using the app after that means accepting it.
Governing law
Brazilian law applies.

IPStack privacy policy
In effect since September 22, 2026.
IPStack is a network toolbox. This policy says what data it uses, what for, and who it is shared with. The app has no sign-up and no login.
What stays on your device
The operation history, the settings and the saved addresses are stored on the device. The history is kept out of cloud backups; it only moves in a direct transfer between your own devices. Without IPStack Pro it keeps the last 7 days; with Pro, up to 1,000 operations. You can delete it at any time in the app.
The results of local network scans (IP Scanner, Port Scanner, service discovery and nearby Wi‑Fi networks) stay on the device.
Location permission is asked for only because Android requires it to show the Wi‑Fi network's name (SSID) and identifier (BSSID) and to list nearby networks. The app does not record or send your location.
The mobile network type (4G, 5G) is read only to show it on screen.
What leaves your device, and where it goes
Public IP lookup, when "Allow online lookups" is on (Settings → Privacy): the app asks ipify (api.ipify.org and api6.ipify.org) for your public addresses and ipwho.is for the provider, ASN and approximate location of that address; with the ASN, it reads the public page on bgp.he.net to find the provider's website. These services receive your IP address, as any website you visit does.
The speed test exchanges data with Cloudflare's servers (speed.cloudflare.com).
Pings, DNS queries, WHOIS, traceroute, HTTP/TLS checks and scans go to the addresses you choose. The network diagnosis also pings public DNS resolvers (such as Google, Cloudflare, Quad9 and AdGuard) and reference servers in Fortaleza, São Paulo and Miami. Whoever answers sees your IP address.
Ads, without IPStack Pro: the app uses Google AdMob, which may collect the device's advertising ID, the IP address (and from it an approximate location), device information and interactions with ads, to show and measure ads and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it, as in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent first, and the choice can be changed in Settings → Privacy. How Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
IPStack Pro purchases: the subscription and the lifetime licence are sold by Google Play, which processes the payment. The app only receives confirmation that the purchase exists; never card or payment details.
What the app does not do
It does not sell data.
It uses no usage analytics and sends no crash reports to third parties.
It does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
Children
IPStack is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
Turn online lookups off in Settings → Privacy.
Delete the history in the app, or everything by uninstalling the app.
For ads: the app's privacy options and Android's ad settings (reset or delete the advertising ID).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here, with the new date.
